I was suggested a delayed ACL reconstruction surgery by my orthopedic surgeon, and was advised Physiotherapy to strengthen other muscles near the knee. I went to Proactive Physiocare and was treated by Dr. Nidhi, who had in depth knowledge of the treatment to be imparted, and was instrumental in helping stabilize my knee movements. She helped me with the various exercises, and explained the importance of each, answering all my queries with patience. The clinic is well equipped with the latest technologies. Highly recommended for anyone with any physiotherapy needs.

I have been going here for the recovery of my ankle's ligament since a while now. The people working here are quite dedicated and have helped me recover at great extent. They have all sorts of required equipments and provide a wide variety of therapies as well.

I have frozen shoulder since last few months. I am not able to move my hand. I was going there for physiotherapy treatment. Clinic is highly equipped and their staff is also very knowledgeable and supportive. They gave me very advanced exercises and cure my shoulder pain. I have very nice experience there with very kind and enthusiastic staff.
