DISGUSTING place if you are a working professional and value time. The so called "Doctor" promised me laser treatment for 15 days n only did it for a maximum of 5 days, that too on days when I waited like for 2 hours. The staff there are untrained on laser while that doctor is busy outside office or attending some of his VIP patients for hours.
They will simply waste your time (already its as populated as a fish market) and simply doesn't value time. I wonder how even that doctor got his degree.

Worst physiotherapy clinic. The owner Gopal Bora I have known his family since I was a child. His elder brother taught me Maths during my childhood. Just for this sake I asked him to do my mother's physiotherapy as it was recommended by doctors after her Totel knee replacement surgery. At first he promised me he would send a senior physiotherapist. But the one he sent holds just a Diploma & has just 2-3 years of experience. Now my mother is having pain & swelling. We have been calling Gopal Bora to give us a visit but he is full of excuses now. This is not the way you treat your pateint. You don't grow by giving commission to the hospitals or to the doctors or to the MR. You grow when you stand up to your commitment to the pateint. When you treat them with concern & care. Otherwise only these negetive reviews will grow & might one day have impact on your profession.

They expect you to pay in advance for the complete course. I went with a pain in my ankle which worsened as I continued with the treatment. I had to stop the treatment to avoid further pain to my leg.

They treat their VIPs nicely others have to wait for 2 hours at least. Gopal Borah (the owner) made me feel very uncomfortable during exercise sessions, he would touch every adult girls. One of them is always drunk I dont want to name that person since he was nice to me. Others are all untrained and talk rubbish all the time specially Chandan, Hazarika and Montu. Their equipments are always not in good condition, either its their heat machine or IFT. Over priced physiotherapy centre even their staffs often ask if you want home visits which gets them extra income.

Office staffs were nice to me even though few of them are lazy and unprofessional. Some of the staffs might make female patient uncomfortable also. What went wrong is I was recommended by my doctor to take physiotherapy without any MRI test and the owner of LifeLine confirmed that I had slipped disc by looking at my x-ray report so I took physiotherapy for 2 and half months from December-February but my pain never became less so I consulted another doctor in October and was asked to take a MRI test which I did and found I never had slipped disc instead I had spine infection. If I were given the right treatment at the right time then I might not had to suffer till the last stage. Now I will have to get surgery done in my spine just because of a few misleading information. So I would recommend please consult 2 doctors before coming for physiotherapy just to be sure.
