Hi all, i was suffering from calcaneal spur in both my legs. Too much pain in both heals. Can't stand, can't walk even can't lay on bed..I felt 24hours pain.i tried allopathy and other alternative medicines also. But no improvement. I went to Nivash Physiotherapy clinic. Dr.Dinesh kumar examination and analysis was accurate.He started treatment immediately. He told me that I can be better within 10sittings. But I felt pain relief within 5 sittings. He said some supportive simple exercises and contrast bath to do in home. I follow everything perfectly. I feel completely pain free and relax now...

I am working in a hospital as a Physiotherapist, I had been suffering with severe neck pain for past 15 years and not able to turn neck during my work . I took treatment with Dinesh sir for 5 sessions with KIASTM Therapy and i am 90% better and continuing new type of exercises which he taught. Thank you so much .
