NEVER RELY ON THIS PHYSIOTHERAPY. He will ruin your condition even more. They don’t check your MRI and give the wrong exercises just like that.
First of all, the doctor was VERY VERY RUDE. He charged Rs 500 for an appointment over phone call at 11 am. They already mentioned that if I miss the phonecall slot then I have to pay Rs 300 more. When I called at 11 am, he did not receive. So I called again. He didn’t receive again. I called for the third time as I was afraid I might miss my slot and have to pay Rs 300 more which would make it Rs 800 altogether. On the 3rd time the doctor received and shouted at me “if I am not receiving the call twice, don’t you understand that I am busy in some other work?” First of all, how can you be busy when you were the one who gave me the appointment slot at 11am that too after 3-4 days of paying the fee? Secondly, if you do not like people calling you twice or thrice then you should not charge extra for missing the slot. Infact you should pay them money for not being available during the appointment time because time matters for everyone.

Next thing : I had already sent my MRI prior to the appointment. He did not check it. When I was talking about my MRI, he was completely unaware of my conditions. He seemed to have heard my conditions for the 1st time. He was arrogant throughout the call. At last he asked me to save his number and said I will receive YouTube video links of exercises within 24 hours and said that I won’t receive the video links if I didn’t save his number which meant he was going to send broadcast messages to all patients without knowing their personal conditions. I received the links the next day. The links were showing all FLEXION exercises whereas I consulted an orthopaedic doctor who suggested EXTENSION exercises. I consulted with various other physiotherapists also and EVERYBODY suggested extension exercises. If I would have followed his exercises, my condition would have been worse as he gave the links of videos only to get views, without even checking the MRI.

This person is just doing business. DO NOT CONSULT HIM!

Got to know about sukoon physiotherapy after having back pain for a year and had tried all doctors and physiotherapists in india and abroad. Dr Varun is a well learned and experienced physiotherapist by profession but better than many orthopedic consultants i have met.

His understanding of orthopedic issues clubbed with amazing presentation and communication skills drives him to be an expert physiotherapist with complete a 360 degree approach to the problem, unlike other physios who might follow a protocol based on disease name.

I am now suffering from miniscus tear and realized one more quality of Dr varun, wherein he doesn’t treat patient's based on Mri or xray reports but based on symptoms.

His you tube channel i would consider it as bible/ encyclopedia of physiotherapy and service to humanity

The only good thing about this center is the doctor's videos on YouTube. He explains in detail about all the issues.
But the products are below average and too costly. I had ordered knee support, wedge pillow and tail bone support. They sent me a damaged knee support cushion. They don't even check the products before delivering. They don't have any telephonic support. You can only communicate with them over WhatsApp chats.
The products are below average. You will get good branded products on Amazon at cheaper price with good quality and better refund policy.
I won't recommend buying products from here.
