Excellent experience with Dr. Rishu Physiotherapy clinic. My Aunt get surgery of L3 (disc Operate), with the help of Physiotherapist provided by them (home visit) my aunt is now alright.

I was diagnosed with Frozen Shoulder (Capsulitis) post accident. I was unable to lift my hand without any help due to my condition. The doctor recommended some exercises in order to recover, but it seemed impossible to me as I was struggling with pain as well. But after joining the centre and physiotherapy sessions from there, I'm having speedy recovery.

I was suffering lower back pain on both side. I was consulted by the doctor to take 8 physio session. After doctor's treatment now I'm feeling well. Physio charges are nominal. So I recommend to all to get consulted from the same doctor thanx.

My Problems:- Cervical, Numbness in left hand index finger (was numb for more than 5 months). My profession demands long hours of sitting which somehow resulted to cause this problem.

Therapy:- Dr Rishu will go slowly and remove the problem from its root. I have felt the decrease in numbness after 5 sessions and it built a huge confidence that I can get rid of this problem fully.

Suggestions:- I'd suggest that rather than googling for solutions on internet and trying different techniques and exercises, it would be much better if consulted with an expert like Dr Rishu.
She has also suggested me some exercises so that this problem never happens again.
