I visited Dr. Harsh Vaishnav for my lower back problem. I had a very good recovery within 20 days of my treatment. Knowledgeable, Friendly and very motivating. I would definitely recommend him for any physio related issues.

It was traumatic and most painful when I suffered with a Galeazzi facture
It is displaced fracture in the radius and a dislocation of the ulna at the wrist, where the radius and ulna come together.
Although there were no surgeries, there was aplaster and I had never imagined of what lied ahead
I thought once the plaster is removed all will be well
But after removal of plaster, doing daily chores was still a challenge
I couldn't even eat or hold a spoon .😔
I was recommended Physiotherapy and this is when I visited Bone and Joint physiotherapy centre..

I wasn't regular and resulted in Fibrosis
I couldn't make my hand straight
There was a fear that it would remain like this forever...I have seen such cases...

I went to the centre again
Dr Harsh Vaishnav gave the assurance of 100% recovery and restarted my treatment
There were a combination of treatment alongwith stretching exercises
I was also advised exercises to be done at home

I am doing well now and at the final stage of my treatment
