I had compression at my Midback region 8months back. I was with my brace on for 2 months. After removing that doctor advise Physio therapy to me.

I was having severe pain in my neck and sometimes it goes to my right hand till my fingers. I was having difficulty in my day to day activities. I took medicine but that gives me temporary relief.
