I had a ligament injury on my knee where I wasn't able to fold my leg at all. Sadly i didn't even know the severity of my injury or what exactly had happened. Dr. Anushree explained it to me patiently, shared the course of action including ultrasound, Matrix, and exercises for the coming weeks and we started my treatment. She was very gentle with the exercises, ensured that I made progress but making it painless for me was her priority. Moreover, she is an absolute sweetheart! She would chat with me to keep me engaged and make me feel less scared. She felt more like a friend than a doctor. And the best part, I started healing only in one week! Two sessions of matrix completely healed my injury and i can't thank Dr. Anushree enough for it.

I suffered from acute lower back-pain - result of sedentary workstyle- in the last month 14June2022. On the same day I contacted Dr. Anushree and she immediately started physiotherapy treatment. Within a week I was recovered 80% !! Within total 6 sittings 2-3 days apart each, back was restoring to normal, thanks to her physio treatment + the micro exercises she suggested.

With very reasonable fee, she insists on exercises to avoid to visit her again :).
