Dr Forum Shah - Physiotherapy Clinic

The experience has been great with Forum. I had an acute pain in my knees and was on medication for almost 3 months with no improvement. Took physiotherapy treatment from Forum for 15 days and continuing the same at home now under her guidance. My knees are relaxed now and my medication has stopped. Highly recommended Dr Forum Shah for the result.

Dr. Foram is soft spoken and very knowledgeable....my grandmother's physiotherapy after knee replacement has been given by her...she dones her job perfectly....grand ma is also happy with her kindness and treatment....and also she take follow-up her patient periodically after treatment...

Therapist Forum initial assessment was extremely thorough. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. She was operating my mom. My mom was diagnosed with Gagarin because of that we have to amputee her left leg. She helped building my mom’s strength back, Kept her motivated through out the physiotherapy sessions. She is very attentive and listens closely to what you need. I especially appreciate that she explains things. I completely trust in her care and the plan that she has in place for my mom’s recovery. The exercises helped my mom’s movement in joints. Her stretching and strength building is improved. Recovery was faster than we expect at that point.

I highly recommend her services and sincerely grateful for the care and help she have done for my mom.
