Location of this outlet is very good.

The sales personals are very ignorant to the customers. They don't have the basic decency to attend you even if there is no rush. They have a big attitude problem. I have never experienced such behavior from any other Apollo pharmacy branch.

I've ordered some medicines online and still didn't gt it from this particular branch....they're gf fr nthng....evn tried so mny times to cancel my order frm dis branch but nt able to cancel it though.... Pathetic experience

I have visited many times for madicine but never got my prescribed medicine, useless, don't visit and wast time.

they need to be less disdainful and should actually deign it fit to respond to customer questions. The way we are totally ignored and made to stand and wait is totally unacceptable.

Medicines are available, but only at MRP. EVEN THEIR OWN APP (Apollo 24x7) OFFERS 11% DISCOUNT ON THE SAME MEDICINE when ordered online.

For expensive medicines this difference is significant and quickly adds up to the total cost. I have stopped visiting their store for the same reason. Other stores are offering discounts comparable to the online pharmacies.

Staff not able to give proper quality and prescribed medicines

I have probably been here around 5-6 times and never have I ever got the medicine I wanted even if it was an extremely common one that can be found in any pharmacy. Once they informed that a medicine was out of stock when my mother could clearly see that it was on the shelf. The staff is simply dismissive and do not even bother to check the shelves or the inventory for that matter before informing us whether the medicine is in stock or not.
