Many a times called to enquire availability of medicines. Most of the time refused citing reason of long customer queue ! (God knows how long it is!!) Myself being a public servant everyday serves almost 10 times more customer they deal throughout the whole day with support of shifting ( I guess they have shifting duty as I hardly find common faces at visit). Now, the funny thing is after the refusal of giving the information of availability of medicines, almost everytime I didn't get the required medicines there due to out of stock. And I had to rush to other stores to search for the medicines. If I would get the information earlier it would save my time. And also don't know why the store can't be located from Medplus App in Play store.
