Pretty rude customer service. First of all they never told they take additional 2 percent on credit card but accepted the card. I bought a crep bandage which was expired and 5 years old but they put an additional sticker on top of expiry date with updated date. That product was not billed. When we asked for a replacement they were not ready citing the product already opened. Then we asked for a bill so that we can go to consumer forum which they were not ready to give but understood the situation and returned the money. Try to avoid this shop.
