Very helpful and cooperative people at this outlet. Helped me home deliver some medicines to my parents during the lockdown, over the phone . Made the process very easy and have digital payment facility in the form of Paytma PhonePe. Commendable is that they did not lose patience or speak rudely despite the physical rush at their store. Staff is cooperative, and it’s apollo so no doubt on the quality!

Staff is utterly unprofessional in service regarding timely in delivery of medicines.

One of the staff acts like an oversmart person, doesn't even talk back if asked a question or advice, is he superior officer there? Didn't look so. How can I recommend it to someone without a pleasent experience night time emergency? It's very interesting most understanding person is most junior guy in store.
What comes first employee ego or customer?

Staff is highly unprofessional, their machine does not work, keeps you waiting for a bill. Manager is unable to manage the store, wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry.
