Decent collection of medicines that are prescribed by local doctors of the area. Good services at the counter and for home delivery in nearby societies. At times, the staff is too direct and transactional in their attitude which may come off as distant or harsh.

The staffs here are so impatient and rude. I have visited other Apollo Pharmacies as well but these guys are rediculous. They don't know how they should talk to their customers. Also they don't have much knowledge about medicines.

Good retail chain of pharmacy. You can get almsot all types of medicines and daily need FMCG goods. You can get great monthly offersThey have their own loyalty program where you can get 10% points on medicine purchase and 5% on FMCG goods and again 10% on Apollo branded FMCG goods.
They also run corporate discount offer and accept payment from almost any kind of wallet and as well as credit and debit cards.

All staff are really helpful ….really appreciate their approaches towards customers

Very careless & worst service.. I ordered medicine for the first time they didn't send it..not even informed..& today from 11:49 to 3pm i called them & every time they said we are sending..nd didn't even sent.. my kid is having fever & continuous cough..i told them but they don't care..never order from here..or you have to suffer..

Pharmacy has most medicines and opens early

This Apollo Pharmacy Amrapali Zodiac Branch they are best in Service,Today I received second time delivery and they delivered it on time, Delivery Man is Uncle who is very polite and helpful I am very much thank full to that delivery Man,God bless him.

Staff are unprofessional, their behaviour is very rude. I was a regular customer of this store but these guys are not bother about their customers. These staff members are destroying the image of Apollo.
I will not suggest to visit this store.
