Billing takes a lot of time. However, are really accommodating in case of emergencies and sensitive towards old people. Just need to get more counters for medicine collection.

I ordered medicine and they never bothered to deliver it or call back and tell the reason for not delivering it. Infact i called them after a gap of 4-5 hours and they said, it will be delivered within half n hour and after that they switched off their number. Very unprofessional behaviour. They don't seem to understand the term "medical emergency". Pls close it down, if you cant run it.

Very poor service. ill mannered staff. Bad behaviours and bad attitude towards customers. Very late in delivery also. Instead of ordering any home delivery from them, a person should go out and buy it, because the medicine will reach you after 2-3 days.

Their land line phone is not working well since last 6 months and no one cares to get it fixed. You will have to call at least 5-6 times to place or order for medicines because of this phone issue

Routine medication available. If you need medication related to neuro most of the times it is unavailable.
