Female workers are lazy n taking more than usual time to provide the products to customers, also speaking in phone most of the time while dealing with customers.
Card Points were not added on time for discount.
Henceforth customers will depend on other nearby medical stores if this continues.please take necessary action.
Note: I have visited more than 12 times in past 3 days. Based on I experienced.

Worst Customer Service no politeness staff and they even doesn't know the online payment details. It took 2hours to deliver my medication which is in the emergency situation. They took nearly 1.30hr to make decisions to deliver the medicine itself. More over the delivery guy call and said it is too long distance from the pharmacy. But as I checked online my place is around 5kms. Over all I reviewed them 1 and please no body call them on emergency cases

Well maintained medical shop with decent range of medicines and other collections. They provide cash back points upto 10% over MRP rates, which can be redeemed at any time. The staffs are very polite & helpful. Cards are accepted.
