Very good service these people do..they also properly attend the calls and speak politely in clarifying our doubts..even incase some medicines are not available they make arrangement for the products and give us. Home delivery is also good

A wholesome pharmacy always a block away. Especially essential during late night hours of Velachery and Dhandeeswaram. Thank you for being there in my hour of need

Last night couldn't sleep because of my ear pain so searched for 24hrs medical shops in google and found a store in Velacherry, Muthu Pharmacy.

Around 3.30 am went to the store, a guy was sleeping inside and I tried to wake him up by knocking the door....

He woke up and denied to serve me the medicines and asked me to go away..... I myself doubted whether I went to a medical shop or to a Bakery.

Muthu Pharmacy, plz stop advertising your outlets as 24 hrs service.

Door delivery is available, they start their door delivery by morning 9, you can also order and collect through online collecting partners. No chargers for door delivery.

Medicines are supplied in good condition.

Can contact them through the number given in their name board.

Good response and timely delivery.
In case of emergency, they don't mean bringing the medicines immediately in own vehicle.

Excellent service and Amazing speed at home delivery. What more is required, especially when it comes to getting medicines - always delivered on time!!

I went to this Pharmacy 3 .40 am today(02-12-2021).
A man in this medicals locked inside itself and sleeping . I knocked the door for almost 1 min then He turned up his head and seen me then started sleeping again.
Wat kind of behaviour is this ??
After 3 mins of knocking door , he just asked tablet name and immediately said no . He did not moved even a single feet . Is this the way of treating customers??
If u r not ready to give 24 hrs service means don't mention for 24 hrs pharmacy.
I came to this pharmacy to get medicines from 8 kms away by booking cab .

I won't give even a single star ✴️
But I don't have option for 0 rating .

Waste of time , waste of money, and waste of energy.
