Customer service is good when the shop manager is around and terrible when he leaves. I have experienced this way too many times. Otherwise it is a good pharmacy with good discounts.

This Company is completely fraud...
On 13th November, I Ordered Lyotin Forte tablets for my Hairfall... But on 25th November I received my order. The Order I received was completely different from What I ordered. The order I received was of Nicoumalone Tablets by Abbot which are Anticoagulant so I told the delivery guy to take away the order.
With respect to this I called their customer care to complain about this,but they gave me different numbers everytime to complain. So finally one of those numbers was of Mr. Arun Karuppaiah, the MD of company. What he told me that ' Inside Nicoumalone Tablet box, we' ve sent you Lyotin forte tablet'. So basically they send 'Amrutanjan' inside 'Vicks' packet.
I listened to him and requested him to at least refund the money, but this non sense man told me that It was my mistake that I sent the order away and now they can't refund the money and also told me that 'Go and complain against us wherever you want' and hung up the phone.
Please I request everyone just don't order from this company, they'll fool you and take all of your money!!

It's not like other pharmacy.. Respectful workers.. I like it..

Never had an awful experience. Even if the required medicine/pharmaceutical is not available, one can suggest them to place order and get your requirements received in a day or two.

Please Dont Buy any medice online or even in medicals of this Hospital .They are Fraud . They Change date and simply give old product as much old as they possible. They are Not specialists Simply give money and degree. They need only Money and we cant see such irresponsible idiots.
