Worst customer experience. I purchased some medicine. They have process like first we have to confirm the medicine then they will send it to the next counter with our name thereafter they call us. I done the first step and waiting for payment in that time i realised some notice infront me placed where top of the cash counter table. That notice mentioned please customer inform us about cash payment mode like cash Or card. I planning to do my payment with upi transaction so i asked them about that. In that they even not tell my name where but they raised bill and they asked question to why sir we notice all place about payment mode before inform the bill process. I asked them I don't know your process you have to inform the customer ok right you placed notice board but you did not tell my name so how can i realised that you are Processing my bill. Then he said we have payment value Rs. 100 for card and upi. I asked him card only charge tax why upi transaction then he said we can't consider the Rs. 37 bill value. then I asked him so only Above Rs. 100 purchase value customer you will consider , he said yes.... Literally what kind of behaviour and...... I am not put this star for thulasi pharmacy. I put this for that worker behavior. If thulasi pharmacy see this please advice your workers to do better customer service.........,.then I simply walk without take my medicine from pharmacy. But good experience person came out from pharmacy and talk with me kindly and also asked sorry about the incident.....

customer service are bad... I went to buy oximeter.. I asked demo.. Representative told to bill after that he will check and give the meter.. I also billed he showed the product after billing... I don't like the product said.. He saying I can't do return.. I fight and got my refund.. Only in ganapathy thulasi.. But in 2nd street very good customer service... Don't go to ganapathy thulasi...

Very poor.it's better to purchase in Shanthi Sss.or Tata 1HP online.20 to25,, % discount.
