Google Map Shows Wrong Location.

Earlier used to provide good service. Especially home delivery. Lately, I am seeing a kind of non-customer centric approach. Last week they took 4 hrs to deliver the medicine [house is 700 mts from the Pharmacy]. Second time they took almost 7 hrs. Even if you call them 10 times to remind, they demonstrate non care attitude - morning shift employees.
Honestly I want to give 0. But it is not available, hence I've given 1

Very bad approach towards the customer .....they give discounts for tcs employees but no idea about how they validate it....whether with employee id or mobile number ...even if we tell them the correct number they entered it wrongly in the bill with wrong ID number too...when I called them and asked about some lady staff spoke in a very harsh tone ...worst experience over all

Customer handling was highly appreciated.. Service was really good..

A decent pharmacy in this locality.
