Apollo Pharmacy

Appolo Pharmacy is my most preferred medical shop. This shop is really good as their staff is really supportive and take care of everything.

Staff is extremely rude.... And the pathetic thing is post providing stern feedback many times still no improvement....even staff said that please don't come to Apollo because while providing services at store customers let us work...and we have fixed payroll system hence salary will be credited to our whether we work or not...Funny thing is while ask them to give medicine through available offers they that come between 1-3AM....I have been a customer of Apollo for years but. Now it's a high time to quit...redicolous service...hell.

Very bad service, i had been here to buy some medicines i called them to give me sumocold tablets and atleast i called them 3-4 times but they are not interested in selling thier medicines.. Employees were busy in talking thier personal stuff. worst service.. poorly recomended

And also have online payment through paytm phone pe and gives u so many cashback offers

TLDR: Very rude male staff.

Detailed: I came by for the first and last time in this store(Malviya Nagar Sector-1, Jaipur) to get BP meds for my mother. There was only 1 guy working. Just 1 customer with his kid besides me who bagged his purchases and turned to go. I then asked the store guy if he kept Amlopress AT med, he gave an irritated look and went back to doing stuff in the computer. So after 3-4 minutes I requested if he could please give me a whole bottle/leaf whichever was available. He completely ignored me(no other customer now besides me). Today is Holi, and nearby pharmacies are closed today.

The previous customer had some error in his order and fortunately for me, he came back. The staff guy overlooked me, stopped his seemingly NASA level work and started to serve the previous customer.
Seeing his changed avatar, I again asked if he could give me the meds. Magic, he suddenly can speak now. But it was a rude retort anyway, so I didn't say anything, turned and left the store.
I'll buy meds tomorrow morning from my regular store.
Apollo staff sucks.

It's good that it's open 24*7 hours but all staffs are talking there personal problems . Nobody is focusing on there work and duty .

They are nice but they did not opening their shops 24 hours

You ask them any medicine , at that time they will not have in there inventory , how they control inventory is ridiculous. Good and important medicine will always miss from there stock, neither they fill back, Apollo don't have the same problem in Kolkata and Delhi
