My experience today was pathetic. They claimed that its a 24 hrs service store but when I went there for an emergency need at 5 AM, first, staff was deniedin deep sleep and when I kept knocking, one of the guy stand up finally.
When I requested him about emergency medicine for my 8 years old kid, he denied because of unavailability of medicine. Therefore I admitted my kid to hospital.
Story not ends here, now when I visited again there at day time approx 10:30 am, those medicines were there near to there counter. I raised this with staff available there and they said they will talk to their Sir

Refused to give me meds during covid saying my 3week old prescription wasn't valid. It was already so hard to find a store open during those days not to mention lack of movement allowed it made very difficult. Their employees, cashier, management all said they can't give. Please hire literate people who know prescription in india is valid for a year and your own company have 6month policy. Especially during covid. These stores only good for selling near expiry soaps n handwash at discount.

Staff was rude , staff was unable to explain their apollo card benefits even after asking twice , no discount available selling on fix MRP prices, and Activate apollo card after purchase so credit is not received .

I visited in midnight this dude was sleeping i called multiple times at last he wake up asked me what i want then slept back

Staff isn't supportive at all. They don't respond properly and don't care if a patient needs medicine in emergency. Very lazy staff, local medicine shops are much better than this store.

This apollo store at kumbha marg pratap nagar jaipur is actually full of arrogant staff. Today from the entry point of counter I just requested for drinking water if it was available and this guy taking care of stock lashed at me pointing hand at me and very arrogantly said "oye idhar aa jao ander jana mana hai " while I was never entered inside nor intended to do soupon requesting he could be a little polite he instead started arguing and every single of colleague came in his support, where making him correct himself and an apology became a far cry. And you can always go through the camera records if it was working. But this is not the only reason of me writing this mail. I am doing so because it is the experience of almost every time that this particular apollo pharmacy store actually happens to be *ucchi dukaan feke pakwaan* in some way or the other. Expect you to fire this guy and make drastic staff changes here in order to improve customer experience. This would do a world of good to apollo pharmacy. Waiting for likewise, apt and precise response from your side. Let's see if you really care or you are just same as your arrogant staff.

Forced to buy ₹20 mask to enter in store, which cost ₹10.....loot macha ke rakhi hai. also medicine sold on print rate....whar rubbish.
