Apollo Pharmacy Mohali Phase 5

Would have given negative stars if i could!!
They don't even know the dose of antibiotics.. give out strong antibiotics of their own accord and not even the mandate amount.
On confronting them they misbehave!! Utterly pathetic attitude and even worse knowledge of medicine!!

This is one of my favourite Pharmacy store. At first I tell into the trap of gossips that they overcharge you and buying from them doesn't get you anything. But, luckily I gave them a try anyways so, with every purchase I get points and these point have helped me to get stuff for free (sort of). Also, they really help you out by going overboard to check with other pharmacies out there to get you the stuff you require which has helped me alot. The best part is they deliver the products right at your doorstep. Must give it a try.

Bad experience. Bad policies. In this tough time of Corona, they agree to return medicine on next order but when delivery happens, delivery person decline to accept return medicine. They want customer to reach the store to return medicines when customer himself ordering medicine to deliver. If a person can come to your store to return medicine, why will he request to deliver? Misguiding behaviour.

Why do not you have products like H&B Glucosamine gel, EVE (Now) multivitamins, H&B multivitamins anymore ??

Good pharmacy to get almost everything!! It's like a one stop shop for your medical needs

Very bad experience. They don't know how to bill items. They billed a medecine which I have not take. Staff is uneducated. They were trying to force me to buy a medicine which I don't want to buy

Very bad experience, they don’t know how to bill items, I asked for refund regarding a wrong medicine to which they refused without any valid reason. Not recommended, there are many other good medical stores in the area.

Very good Pharmacy shop.I alwways used to come here whenever I need any type of medicine.Every type of medicines are available here.Staff over here is also good.I had good experience here.
