Every kind of medicine is usually available no doubt. But in times of pandemic they must be careful about wearing masks properly. The people in shop had their masks on chin how will anybody say to fellow buyer to wear it properly?
Also a covid positive person came to buy medicines and still the person at counter did not warn him to go out so they are silently giving msg we don't care you can do anything. And there was no social distancing followed why?
