Its 24/7 available. Apart from medicines you can get noodles, chips, beverages, chocolates, perfumes and sprays. If you need an advice on a particular product even that is provided.
Can also send prescription on whats app.
Delivery in recent times take a bit longer than usual approx 1 hour or more at times.

Good service and experienced staff. They are polite and if the medicines aren't available the same day, they make sure to make it available for their customers the very next day. Also give good discounts to the members.

1. I have hardly ever found any item I looked for in Liberty - either they don't have it or they don't have the required size/quantity of it.

2. Another issue is barely any dicounts here. The pharmacy few meters away from them gives way better discounts.

3. Contacting them on their landlines/other numbers is very difficult - landlines don't work often or any number you call goes unanswered on many attempts.

You need to drastically improve Liberty as there are other pharmacies way ahead of you in the same area and giving great discounts and customer service.

THEY CHEAT CLIENTS

Got a call from the owner of the liberty chemist asking me to rejoin the membership to which I told him I have had very bad experience with them as I got nearly expiry medicine . He promised it will not happen again and will give me 15 percent discount.

I rejoined n came to know , they promised me 15 persent but gave me 10 percent on bill. First few orders I never borther to check but once I happened to chk the discount n came to know they were giving me only 10 percent .
To which I raised the issue n they said it will never happen .Again for few orders they gave me properly n post that continued the same ,and wen I told them again . Their excuse was hilarious .
" Mam the bill is not generated on your account . I m like I place orders on the wassap u have my history and client number registered you have generated the bill on my name n address n u still say it's not from your account ??" .

( This kept happening with me 6 to 7 times n I still kept giving them chances to improve )

In short CHeck you bill everytime n chk the expiry date .

These medical need to know they can't take clients for granted . Wen you ask them to give a particular company medicine they will say mam we don't have that , but there is another company with the same content .
REASON : that company is expensive then the one u wanted .

I want to say to all chemist owners do your job with INTEGRITY .

This is very exllencent medical store u must visit and the staff humanity and way of talking Is very pleasant 🤗The home service delivery is best in whole bandra..Plus it also gives good discount on medicines

Excellent staff and all medicines r always available if any medicines r not available they arrange asap and provide a very best service.
