Why 24 * 7? They have nothing at nights. Workers over the shop are not even interested to entertain the customers. Day time card/cash/QR payment available. At night the person was not in mood to take efforts to show QR code. Day time we can roam inside the shop and find what we need. At night the its all up-to the staff present, to consider the requirement of customers. Most pathetic experience.

It is mandatory to give a single star otherwise will not gave a single star, as they are very rude to their customers,
They keeping big board 24 /7 and after 2345 hrs
It's closed and only 1 feet window were open.

it is very magical moments when you are hurry for purchasing urgent medic in night these people entertained those people who come in night for enjoying icecream 🍨 flavours

most noticeable in night when anyone purchase icecream these chutiy.... writting serial no of packet in small book and mentioned all the details of icecream and then received payment.
This is real fact you just go in night after 2345 you are the next victim.

I'm only giving one star since I can't give 0... The person working there is so slow that it makes me feel lethargic just looking at him.... And after waiting for 15-20 minutes, that individual handed me expired ice cream... I'm not sure what type of wellness this is.

Idiotic staff. Don't have any manner to speak. They took more than 2 hours and still didn't deliver the order. On asking the staff responded very harshly, finally I had to cancel the order and arrange the medicines from other pharmacy. The staff is not concerned about any emergency. If they don't want to deliver then why to accept orders ?

They are not good with coustmer

Don't know if posting feedback here even works. But Wellness should fire or replace the one who is working at night. He is too slow and arrogant at his work. He should know the importance of medicine and icecream. I stepped out at 12.30 AM to purchase some medicine which was needed at an urgent basis. But this man was entertaining the customer who came after me and he was taking his luxurious time showing him varieties of ice creams where i was in real urgent need of medicines. Upon asking to speedup he passed very rude comment in front of others. Not sure with his name but the one working on 16th Aug at 12.30 AM.

Third grade call Center service. Not eligible for a single star
