They never keep the medicine they will tell you to come back later, it's the same story all the time I all generico stores if you want to save time forget going to their stores.

As advertised Generic medicines are available at very cheap rate... in rest of the branded medicines 10% Discount is given if the bill amount is higher than Rs 500 then 15% Discount is given... Unlike other medicines shop Discount given even if you don't ask for it...

I had ordered medicines from generico Sheree Nagar, medicines came on time but they have sent the wrong medicines. Now after repeated calls they won't send someone to pick up the medicines.. very unprofessional.. staff is apathetic

Confuse staff and poor service won't recommend to buy medicine

Great than other local medicals , have even increased variety of products lately, very co-operative staffb..loyalty discount and a free wifi could've made it more better

All staff are good and co operative and Specially Mr.Gaurav Sir is very helpful and suggestive and 1 sir is there, I don't know his name but I know he told to every customer "namastey", he is also very helpful.

For regular over the counter medicines, you get good amount of discount is quite good. But there are many times when I look for Ayurvedic medicines, it is difficult to get here. Either it is out of stock or not available.

It's the one that started the trend of generic and discounted medicines and it is definitely good on pricing. But availability issue needs to be fixed.

They are giving very pathetic service I have taken my mother's medicine 8 month back.any how fails to give back the 2 packet due to time issue now it's almost 8 month over.and I try to give back the medicine which is seal pack in good condition of rs 300.its was not expired also what we will do as dr has advise not to take the medicine.so try to check with them.they are telling we can't take back.guys take limited medication only from this store which is required.but poor experience
