Wellness Forever

This is the second time this place has shown how least they care about the customer, the first time they didn't even know the product was available in their store, today again they tell me they don't one table available in there, that they tell this to customer after 30mun of search, still I sid it's ok I will get that tablet from other medical, I get that tablet from another medical. Only to my amusement they haven't given one more tablet without even informing, I open the envlope to have my medicine and again find out that one more tablet is missing. I call them up and they say they are checking it after 15min I realize that they have kept the phone aside, I reach the medical @11pm and get most rude behaviour where the same guy attends and shows the attitude as if he doesn't care. And asks for the four times and and after 20 minutes he says it's not available. As if he doesn't care. Great keep up the good work and hire more employees to doom your business.

Bad experience. Such a huge store but they dont have medicines which is easily available with other medicals. Weird working hours. No home delivery for nearby locality. Extremely disappointed in lockdown.

They take orders but No Gaurantee Medicines will be delivered. Instead Royal medical store in front Good in Customer service.

Pathetic little scamsters!!...visited them on a few occasions after hours to buy water, they only refrigerate the ₹50/- branded 'smart water'. Regular ₹20 bottles are all at room temperature and left on the floor.

Pathetic experience. I came in to take an emergency medicine for my diabetic father and the shop people refused it because they were taking stock count. Despite telling them how urgent it was, they just ignored whatever I said. Please avoid this place.

Very bad experience as they are never ready to deliver ,whenever u place the order the reply is delivery after 2 hours
Most pathetic experience the small chemist shops are far more better than this brand will not recommend anyone to buy n actually boycott it forever

Worst medical shop, slow service, not flexible with payments couldn't even accept half cash and half other online payment, free home delivery number rarely works.... Royal medical is better, way better
