This medical and lifestyle store opened in April 2019. It's in the lower level shopping area of Rustomjee Urbania - Azziano Building. This place is open 24hrs everyday. You can walk in to buy medical prescription items and various other food and packed product. There are staffs to help you find things. They have many offers on food and juice products. They offer home delivery to close by areas.

Overall nice experience

This store has basic pharmacetical items and medicines. Do call and check first with them if they have medicine or not to avoid unnecessary trip to the shop! They also keep some food cupboard items like biscuits, cookies, wafers, some savoury snack items, chocolates, etc. The shop is small and clean. They follow COVID measures.The staff is helpful and new so learning how things work(so you may need to wait for some extra time!) but polite. The shop is not ♿ accessible.

Good medical store which work round the clock. The staff here is very cooperative.

Pathetic service cannot handle if they have more than 3 people always busy settling their own work.
They keep pet stuf put allow only imported pets in the shop and being Indian do not allow Indian pets. Say covid time hai pet se corona ho sakta hai, wonder from where they have employed the staff. Staff name Avinash Jhadav had his opinion. They should have some sanity. And if pets not allowed should not allow any breed.

Pathetic experience for third time in a row. Cant stop myself from not writing my review. Its astonishing how they manage to disappoint customer so consistently. I stay next to wellness centre in Rustomjee. Was told, due to shortage of employee delivery only after 10 pm. It took 3 Reminder calls and 1.5 hours to get my delivery only to find out that they sent 1 strip instead of 3 strips (despite clearly mentioning it in the app and mentioning every time on those 3 reminder calls). Innocent delivery guy was begging for forgiveness for fault of his incharge. Wanted to give minus, have to settle at 1 star. They should change the name to "Well....forget your order forever". Atleast for me its not anymore my 'trusted neighbourhood pharmacy'.

In emergency, asked for Crossin syrup for kid. The attendant gave Combiflam in paper bag. I had asked him twice if medicine is ok. My wife gave wrong higher dosage to kid which may impact kidneys because of you. Not sure, if you have full time B.Pharms available or not.
