Does not seem to have most common medicines. Need an upgrade.

The pharmacy takes orders over whatsapp and reduces the amount of time you may need to spend. When I went, I had a long list, almost all of which was ready in an envelope with a name on it.! It was a pleasant experience. The staff was humble and helping. Naseer helped us make our bills just enough to cover the expenses we intended to make while using the coupons we had. He patiently assisted in selection of items and manage our bills. There was a time when the pharmacy was crowded with several customers while we were still in it, the staff swiftly managed and the bottleneck disappeared within minutes. I was surprised by the behavior I got to see which is otherwise so rare in Mumbai pharmacies!

Kept me waiting for half an hour for my order saying they're getting it from nearby store place and after half an hour said sorry we didnt have it in stock! Keeping a customer waiting during lockdown and pandemic times on fake assurances shows the worst professional behaviour! Please don't visit this store incase of emergency!

I waited 30 mins to get the medicine.. staff is not co operative at all, very rude and doesn't answer query.. Mobile number given is always not reachable not even in what's app .. lots of partiality of services depending on customers.. not good this way u may wind up soon.. pathetically failed.

The place good you will find mostly all medicine
Other products are also available.
Staff are very polite with customers.
They have good offers and also provide discount on medicine.
Cons-
Only thing I dint like is that the staff shout at each other in front of customer which needs to be avoided.
Shop space is congested.

Always check packaging of tablets.

2 table where missing from a set of tablets when i opened and checked from home. The staff is more bothered about promoting their combo products.

Pls don't buy there oxymeter it's worst product , purchased once and and visited the shop 4-5 times now they change the defected product and keep them in the new box and give it to others again so no one gets a fresh piece it's all defected shame on such a big pharmacy 😠

Rather small and congested. Cannot accommodate more than 3 to 4 customers at one time.

The staff are helpful and soft spoken.
