Tostart with
1) they struggle to fibd the medicine, some of them are not there, not the first time. Spent nearly 15 mins to find some medicines
2) I wanted to use the IHO voucher and they were struggling to generate a bill, firstly saying every coupon will be tagged against medicines worth 500 and if the medicine cost is above 500 then I have to pay the balance
3) not ready to combine the total medicine cost against the entire voucher amount
4 after half an hour of trying to generate the bill I get the answer as system is down , though it was working for the customer before me
5) and to top it all, it happened for the second time with me, hence writing this review.
They should hire some capable guys to monitor

Worst medical, they don't have any stock of medicines & when they have medicine in their inventory they are not able to find it.

Standard Apollo pharmacy store situated in the congested by lane of Santa Cruz east leading to the Khar Subway. Most Apollo Pharmacy stores always need to check on the system if they have a particular medicine in stock. Which is always irritating for the customers. Decent shop. Decent service.
