Wellness Forever

Helpful and friendly staff. I have found that they always have shortage of one or two medicines that I need. They have home delivery option.

Today I have visited parihar chowk wellness forever and the staff was very arrogant. Her name is Arati.I asked for cold and flu medicines and she arrogantly said they don't have any medicines for cold and flu. Wellness team kindly look in this matter because such a big medical store doesn't have cold and flu medicines? I don't think so. Infact they don't want to sell medicines rather they want to chit chat with their cell phones. Very sad 😔

Poor service. Just for sake of selling their medicines they can give you wrong medicines or unnecessarily add to your prescription

What a pathetic medicibe shop it is
They dont have customer history only maintained in their systems. And they claim to be keeping data online and storing everything.

We asked to deliver the medicine - the staff mentioned that they are short of people and could not come. However, somehow after request they listened to us and ask what all medicine we required. Later, they kept our call on hold and didn’t spoke anything for more than 10 min. We disconnected the call and trying reaching again and then it was coming out of coverage. A pathetic shop - why they even started this online services or delivery services when they can’t do it.

Wellness forever is a big failure for sure. Pathetic is the only word for them. They didn’t understood the urgency.

I have been buying Cold drink @ the outlet. This was my 2nd visit but the Chiller was not working & the cold drink was not cold at par. Need to look into this & repair it

I wanted to buy green tea so i visited this shop which is located at Parihar Chowk. Inspite of Being medical shop this place is not anything less than mini market as you can buy variety of things from this store. The staff is quick in service so you don't have to wait longer.

They take forever to bring your medicines.
