MedPlus Ananth Nagar Electronic City

All the medicine are not available. Whenever I visit I don't get at least two to three items item in this. Same products we can get in near by stores. Staff also not that much supportive, they will be busy with their own work. No discount on the products for offline purchase. I 'll suggest Trustee r Apollo.

Good store. They have all kind of medicines. If not they will tell you the generic one. Or else you can order online through medplus Mart and can pickup from this shop within 1 day.

had been to multiple times and never could succeed to get medicine which i wanted.. always had returned empty handed.. they can close down the branch.. whatever we ask they we don’t have it.. waste of time

Poor service, very arrogant. They don't know how to handle customer. Really pathetic. I agree with comments like " no first come first basis". Staffs are busy in counting medicine stocks... frustrating.

No discounts , higher prices , they always do not have change with them , there are two Apollo pharmacies in ananth nagar , you better go there, you will find discounts and the medicine with a lower price ,and most of the cases they will maintain some change to give you in return

Well stocked pharmacy. Staff is polite and knowledgeable. They always try looking for alternative options with the same composition, if the brand you are looking for is not available.

My experience with the popular brand has been for many years, the staff here are very friendly with me, medicine available is average but they do have alternative or equivalent medicine, they do give discount only if you buy the medicine in bulk, I have rearly seen crowd in this shop. The another advantage with the staff is they are multilingual

Very disappointing. The lady retailer is very rude with almost all customers when I visit this shop.

The cost for medicines is also very high.
Eg. My bill was around ₹ 208 at Medplus store, at the time of payment lady worker told very rudely about no availability of change money.
I guess there is a way to treat customer, anyway later I went to Appollo pharmacy for same medicines my bill was ₹ 130.

Not recommended to visit this Medplus store, In same road you have better medical stores in all aspects.😊👍
