Medplus Yelahanka New Town

Great pharmacy network. We can buy general and medicine in medplus. They give discount and reward points on both medicine and general items. Recently medplus started online sales as well.we can order in app and collect at the store. This medplus store is helpful for the people in Santosh nagar.

The cashier's behavior is far below expectation, rather disgusting. This evening (15/09/2018 at 7:30 pm), I visited the pharmacy and wanted to know if Jaril 20 mg is available. He refused to respond and continued with his phone call, without responding to my query. At least six other customers were waiting at the counter. On my insistence, he said "you can either wait or walk out". What an attitude! Please do your own inquiry and take action, with intimation to me. If this continues, you will loose a regular customers like me and many more.

In charges are working only for salary I hope and not for the customer service . They won't accept paytm payment for smaller amount in abundance of change .

Worst experience. They sell low quality oximeters and when asked to exchange it, they deny the fact that the product has a problem. They infact blame you for breaking it.
Do not buy anything other than regular medicines.

The cashier is a scammer in this store, he takes 5 rupees extra on the MRP telling that it is get or tax and doesn't give it back even when asked. Also his behavior is the worst and is very rude. He also doesn't keep most of the medicines and essentials. Please never go to this store. I would like to give 0 star to this place

Great service and a good team. Proficient, helpful & informs customers in wait on time taken. Have been a customer at this location (2 years) & online since 5-6 years.
