Collection of medicines is not only the thing, the way we response with the customer is very important in every business, here they doesn’t know how to respond with a good manner.. i went to med plus today some medicine is not available so I asked her where i can get those, but she replied very badly and harshly that hurts me a lot. Worst ever experience i told the staff to provide 1.1 year baby milk powder i was in hurry so they have gave me 6 mnths baby milk powder and when i returned to exchange they are like complaining that i have to be awareee like whatt why u have kept the medical store to do gossip with your staff and ignore customer 😡😡😡 and tht person behaved rudely and said whom ever u wannt to told go i dont care
