Worst service.

It is my favorite medical store nearby to my residence. Most of the medicines are available here, and if they are not in stock they get from other stores and supply us. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable, and cooperative. Here We can get points on every purchase which we can use it future purchase as Discount. Moreover this place is open on all the days early morning to late evening.
But these days the service at Apollo pharmacy has become worse. Had bitter experiences twice.
Yesterday around 8:15 pm I went to purchase Ensure. The sales boy at the counter made me wait and attended another two people who came after me.

I am a regular customer of Apollo Pharmacy since 2010. Earlier it was very good with some of the best customer friendly staff. But recently I noticed some of the staff least bothered about the customer when they are doing kind of sorting out medicine etc. But with certain people they are good and one lady staff is always grumpy when asked something. So now I have started to buying medicine from Med plus unless something urgent requirement. Even though it is little far for me, getting better discount

Low rating is because of the experience I had when I visited store today. Employees of this pharmacy completely lack soft skills. They behave as if their reporting managers have asked them not to smile. Empathy is completely missing. We come to Apollo for its name and credibility in market. However Apollo would loose customer or would have already lost business due to such bad behaviour and attitude of employees on duty.

Good experienced and polite staff.. You will get discount on medicines..
