Extremely disappointing service, I would highly recommend for the outlet to close down after my experience with their staff.

Extremely arrogant staff. The staff here instead of attending customer stand in front of them , prefer to attend phone calls. Very arrogant staff . Rubbish on customer service .

Ill mannered untrained staff
They lie about having the medicine , call later to say they dnt have .
They lie about delivery , keep lying till they can .
Urge all people reading this to visit apollo pharmacy galleria market .
This one is really useless.

Extremely unsatisfied with the staff as well as their delivery boys...rude and arrogant they should not be in this profession if they can't empathise with people who are sick and their main job is to provide medicines to those in need
