The staff needs serious training on customer management. They should serve customers on first-come-first basis. I spent 15 minutes standing just to get a bottle of Otrivin nasal drops.
Also, why some people get 10% discount, some don't ?

They always delay in making payments done and makes you stand longer on counter.

Don't allow us to use apollo cards, to get our points back, every time gives an excuse that internet is down, makes fool of people

One of our family member suffering from cough and cold and we keep ourself qurantine and our medicine become out of stock. I call few pharmecy but they refuse to deliver( may be they afraid) but when i call at apollo pharmacy and ask for home delivery. My location is little bit far but thanks to Mr saleem he understand our prob and manage to deliver the medicine in late night after 10:30 pm in night. We are very thankful to apollo and saleem for excelent service . Thank you guys
