I do not like the service at all. The employees here do not respect the customers.It was a bad experience. And I would never recommend buying anything from here..

I am out of station & request them to deliver the medicine at my home for my parents (hardly 200 Mtrs) but they deny to deliver it. They are giving multiple excuses that they don’t have any extra person at store & now store is closing.

I told them to deliver to my watchman while you go to home & I ll make online payment to you but they deny on same without any sense. I THINK THEY SHALL CLOSE THIER BUSINESS START “MAKING EXCUSES BUSINESS”.

Very very bad staf behavior Pathetic service and very rude staff. They don't know how to talk politely.

The Planet Health medical store has a decent selection of medicine available, but the overall experience is average. The store is well-stocked, but it can be a bit cluttered and disorganized at times. Prices are average, but sometimes higher than other local stores. The Store also do not have any online ordering facility, which could be more convenient. Overall, Planet Health is a decent option for purchasing medicine, but it's not the best in town.

Pathetic service and very rude staff. They don't know how to talk politely and denied giving the medicine even after prescription.
Later they said they will do only home delivery with Rs. 50 extra, even though I live in the building, next to the store. I agreed but i didn't get any delivery. When I called them they started shouting that they don't work for me.

Finally I got the medicine but the delivery person came at 10.30 at night and was continuosly ringing the door bell.
When I denied the medicine saying I don't need medicine now because it's 2 days late the person scolded me and said but to buy anything from their store and he will ask all the employees to blacklist me from the store. How funny it is that after such poor experience they still think that I will come to their store!!!
It's better to die than talking to planet health people.

The place is very spacious. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. It is very clean and the product display is good. There are wide range of products of all categories. Online payment also available. The location is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place.

They deserve minus rating .. the worst planet health shop in ahmedabad most of the times they don’t have any medicines which we get easily at natraj or apollo and their staff and their behaviour towards the customers they have the worst staff don’t know who’s managing this outlet but attitude of the staff is very poor

Pathetic survice.In doctor prescription it was written medicine for 3 days, but they were offering for more than 12days, wastage of medicine/money. Not for retail customers, better find other pharmacy which has good service.
