Akshar Medical Store

During rush salesman not provide good service and count money more on medicine. And for the other customer sales person not give info that medicine is here or not. So please checl MRP once and buy product and give money as per quantity.

Once again not getting any response after waiting 15min. BE CAREFUL: CHECK THE MANUFACTURING DATE BEFORE PAY.

Too much waiting here, I wait for 10minutes and ask 2-3 time but didn't get any response.
3-4 person in the store but all busy and not even respond.
This is many years old medical shop but now days not serving good to customer. Also I face many times they do not have the change hence they'll give you the cocolate instead of the change coin or insist to give coin.
Hope for the solution of waiting and large customer response at the same time.

What I experienced !

->Too much attitude of these people at front desk, they were talking with each other even there were 4-5 customers were in the que including me. When I talked him loudly then he proceed.

-> I asked if they accept credit card. After swiping he told to give extra 10 Rs. for swipe card charges.
He told after swiping not before. If he told before, I could save that money. In short, care less staff, time consuming process, too much attitude of the staff. Bc

The worst ever medical store in Ahmedabad. Slow response and genuinely unkind to people. Worst of the behaviour towards the customers. If a person is really sick and want medicines, I would not suggest this place or the condition would probably worsen due to the pathetic and slow service!! (these guys do not even deserve 1 star, they need negative points!) either completely change the staff or people should stop going there!

A good place to buy branded / genuine medicines with discounted rates or at attractive rates. A very well stocked medical store. On account of medicine availability, very rarely, you will be disappointed from here.

The staff is qualified and competent. This is a No Frill - Clean Deal Place. The Only problem is Parking place. being on a main road there is major challenge of finding parking spot.

Staff is friendly and supportive here... Service provided by staff and store is pleasent and satisfactory... All types of medicines are available here 24*7... Medicines are available here at the time you needed or they make you available after some lapse of time... Store is widely famous in Ahmedabad district...

Most helpful place as you get all the medicines here.. The only store where you get all the medicines.. We all trust this store to get any medicine prescribed by a doctor.. Thank you Akshar Medical.. Keep serving.. 👏👏👏🙏

What a shame on you akshar medical store, you give 10 strip of cholesterol medicine which will going to expired in just 2 month time and we handed it
to someone who really needed that medicine out of country. Very poor.
