Apollo Pharmacy Adajan Surat

Visited this Apollo Pharmacy store with the hope that they will accept cashless transaction.
Firstly they agree on accepting card payment, but my purchase order was only 80Rs. They refuse to give product and fooling me that card payment is not working.

I request them to accept payment through other mobile payment service #paytm, #phonepe which mentioned on the door. But they didn't.

Travelled for 11 kms because it says on Google it's open 24 hours. What stupidity!

24 hours shop open which is good for people who need medicines at any time.

It's mentioned on Google that this Apollo store delivers and is open for 24 hours. At 4:41 am due to some emergency, I needed some medicines to be delivered. Someone picked up the call after I called several times on the number posted on Google, when I enquired if they would be able to deliver in a certain area of Surat, they rudely disconnected the call saying "delivery to thati hoi?"

Went to buy some medicines in emergency @ 11:25 PM, did not carry my wallet.
The store in charge refused to take money via gpay, Paytm, said will accept only cash.

Unfortunately, returned back without the medicines from Apollo, but luckily got a small medicine store nearby and got the medicines.

Don't go there ...

I was at apollo for my dad medicine it pretty serious and when i went there i had to for knock the door for 10 to 15 minutes after that person came and start talking rudely that this medicine is not available here go somewhere else
