I just wanted to exchange clinic plus shampoo with body lotion but was denied saying that to exchange within 7days. I just requested as it was maybe more than 10days as I didn't have the bill. We are customers holding planet health account for more than 15yrs. There should be atleast some consideration for this.

Routine medicine like Avil 25 is not available. Sometimes some basic medicines are not available. Some openable products like vaseline are used by staff. Staff are also unqualified.

If you want some medicines on sunday night. There's no place except this where you can find any open medical store in the whole city area!

Most irresponsible pharmacy I have ever visited. In such a pandemic condition they even don't bother to keep one sanitizer in store for consumer. Social distancing is also not maintained. In pharmacy, most of the consumers belongs to patients or patient him self visit, but they are list bother. So be careful people and avoid visiting such place.

The pharmacist on duty Mr. Dave has no knowledge about covid testing kit. During these tough times he is spreading misconceptions related to rapid antigen test kits. According to him there isn't any liquid necessary for RAT. According to him prefilled means that we have to fill it. Long story short he was justifying the faulty testing kit bought from the store. When we convinced him about the fault, he was adamant not to replace it. I doubt his pharmaceutical certificate.

I have given 1 star because I cannot give less than that.
