A bit awful and unpleasant experience on the face of Covid emergency. Sorry but didn't really understand why they didn't keep the stock of small to medium sanitizer bottles when we needed it most. Poor stock management. Didn't like their repulsive cross-selling tactic for selling me huge sanitization bottle when I actually needed the small one so bad.
