Very bad service. They dont know how to talk properly. I want to give them 0 for rude behaviour.

I wish I could give negative rating.
My recent visit was today(11.08.2022) around 12:05pm. Staff was just gossiping with each other and even I tried interrupting them to get my medicine, they didn't even respond to me.

Every medicine in stock and good staff behaviour

Ordered a glucometer to measure blood sugar of a COVID diabetic patient. These people sent a defective glucometer with parts missing from the box. The strips, the lancing device, 3 lancets were missing. Also when i tried to get a replacement, they started ignoring my calls and messages on their whatsapp account. Very unprofessional behaviour of the staff.

Staff behaviour is so bad. There is no medicine available which I want.every time they are not answered call till the day end.even in this lock down situation they are not respond...
