I bought Trachnil sachets from this shop yesterday. The whole box was of 1140 rs and was supposed to have 30 sachets. But when i got home and checked, there were just 26 sachets in it. The seal was already broken. Should have checked at the counter only.
Be careful. While buying any products, first check the quantity and the expiry. If you aren't vigilant, they cheat! If only i can rate them in negative.

Wonderful shop. Have been purchasing general pharmaceutical items from here for a long time. Earlier, it was under some different administration, but the quality has remained stable throughout.

This is one of the worst medical store in our area. Very poor customer service , they are not at all bothered and half of the staff have no clue about even common medicines. Also, their billing system is poor , I didn't get a bill on my recent purchase, also once they took the payment they called me again to give them 500 rs which was a fault of their untrained and un informed staff. I used to be a regular customer but won't be going to this place with such untrained staff anymore.
They shouldn't be calling customers when they make mistakes.

Very selfish staff, I needed medicine in emergency and I asked them to deliver, first they were ready but when I said that I am not able to send online money kindly collect cash when you deliver the medicine, then they denied to deliver and disconnected the call.
