Today I bought a new leash for my dog they took 360 /- from me. I was in hurry so I haven't checked it properly. But in evening, I hv seen that mrp on leash was 180/-.... Worst experience. Will never buy anything from them.

A good store for pets. You can get basic requirements for ur pet like collars, food, shampoo etc. Plus the owner gave some good advice when asked about smthng.
Ps : pet here is a dog.

The owner is arrogant. He always looks disinterested is suggesting product for dogs. His main focus is on people who are frequent to his shop. Bad experience.

Pets heaven is not interested in selling its products to new customers, even if you have to buy something, the person available at shop still sits on his seat and does not keep telling something to the customers so that if the customer has no idea still they can purchase if guy guide them. Nor they have trained staff...
