Being a Google Level 7 recommender, I can vouch for the fact that Head Up For Tails has the WORST online service available ever. I'd ordered online because I couldn't go out and wanted the delivery asap - I got it on time and also received a call confirming how I will pay since it was COD. I had specifically mentioned and asked them to check whether the product is not damaged because I had a hunch that they provide broken items. Unfortunately, I couldn't check when the delivery arrived but when I enthusiastically opened the box, the item was BROKEN!! I could not believe it. I had recorded a video of opening it and sent it to the WhatsApp contact I had - no reply, no calls being picked up. But I could easily file a return request online which I did. It has been good 7 days, my friend, I have yet not found a resolution - the broken item is with me, my order that I wanted earlier is delayed and I hate this! Totally hate this!

Had an amazing time doing "Rover's" winter shopping. He was really excited roaming in the store and picking up his items. Shantanu was really helpful in selecting the items. He's very co-operating and patient while we tried on merch. Staff is really nice.

We had to do winter shopping for Mylo and were running very late. So we called HUFT Noida showroom and asked him if it'll be okay to come as the store closes in 15 mins and it'll take us another 25 minutes to reach! The in charge over there, Shantanu; agreed right away and stayed 40 minutes after his shift timing just to ensure that we get everything we want for Mylo! He was really amazing and not even once he asked us to hurry up or anything else. My experience overall was amazing just because of this guy! You're doing a great job Shantanu!

Things in the store are mostly sold out, unnecessarily expensive and their promise to arrange a said product to deliver it the same day is a bunch of empty lies. Better to order things from their online store.
