Pathetic service. I had ordered food from this site and no one turned up to deliver but I got message from courier team item was not delivered as customer refused to accept. Ridiculous!! It's a prepaid order. Why would I refuse? And now no response from petsworld or courier. I don't know how good reviews put up here.

So in the turn of events, my order was went through an entire process.
First, I placed a wrong order for labrador retriever. But the customer support was kind enough to change it to the intended golden retriever food and also maintained the discount they had provided me earlier.
Second, due to miscommunication there were some delivery related issues because of the delivery partner. Petsworld stepped in and made sure the order was delivered well in time.
So all in all, it was an amazing experience
Would surely recommend. And yes, the products are 100 percent original.
