I recently bought a hoodie for a friends dog from ruse.in and the dog simply loves it so much. The fabric is super soft and the finish is great. They were extremely professional and contacted me regarding the dogs details so that they could get the size right which was very thoughtful. They were Extremely prompt. Will most definitely recommend.

Although the quality of apparel is good, customer service is slow. I bought 3 dog tees and none of them fit despite size confirmation received from their staff. I was told they have a 15 day exchange policy. But for the past 3 days I haven't managed to receive even a mail acknowledgement on the exchange request. No one picks on the contact numbers shared on their website.
