The owner doesn't know how to behave well with his customers. He's very arrogant. To run a business you should be polite with your customers and know how to speak with them. Do visit this shop if you need to get insulted by this so called oversmart owner. And for your reply I never asked for any further discount was just letting you know that we are your regular customer and was trying to have a normal conversation with you. But i guess you were in your zone. And you started talking rubbish like you're doing it now in this review zone by calling us beggers and by not accepting your mistake.If you have a bad mood stay at your home dude. I guess your staff can handle your shop better than you bcoz they know how to speak politely atleast.

Don’t buy your loved ones from breeders. If you are buying don’t take there advice on food intake. They are just salesman who wants maximum money and don’t have proper knowledge. Consult a vet about what food you should give to your pets. Don’t buy any food item from these salesmen. I lost my 53 day old kitten today which i got from Billa aur Pilla on 27th September just because they told me to feed him Whiskas; (which is hard food and it should not be given to small kittens) No one can feel the emotion trauma and pain what pet parents go through after the loss of there pet.

Billa n Pilla is a very good Pet shop of Lucknow.Mr Apoorva Kaushik, owner of the shop, is very courteous, well behaved gentleman.His grooming parlour is awesome. His pricing of items is affordable and genuine.

The staff is very kind. They will attend your pet like their own. Very gently groomed my poodle with water breaks and rests.. It was a first grooming session for my puppy and he was well attended. 🤩
